Dr. Jeffrey Spencer is a former Olympic cyclist and was named "Sports Chiropractor of the Year" in 2004. He has worked with many of the world's most successful individuals including Tiger Woods, NASCAR champion Bobby LaBonte, World Series MVP Troy Glaus, musicians such as U2, ultra-successful businesspeople, and NBA, MLB, and NHL athletes, as well as Motocross and Formula 1 drivers. But the most famous person he’s worked with is legendary cyclist Lance Armstrong during his seven Tour de France victories. He works with his clients to develop the mindset, strategic plan, and physical capacity to be consistent top performers. As Armstrong has said of Spencer, "While he fixed [the team] physically, he also fixed us mentally." Spencer received his master's in physical education and his undergraduate degree from University of Southern California and his doctor of chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles. He has instructed nationally and internationally on sports injuries, nutrition, and rehabilitation. His latest book, Turn It Up! will be in bookstores June, 2008.
