Dr. Freedman, the medical director for our practice, graduated from Duke University School of Medicine. He completed his Plastic Surgery residency at St. Louis University and aesthetic surgery fellowship at New York University. Dr. Freedman is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Freedman has practiced in Northern Virginia since 1989, served as Chief of the Plastic Surgery Division at Reston Hospital Center for five years, and is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at Georgetown University. With over 30 publications in medical journals and textbooks, Dr. Freedman continues to perform research and lecture nationally on the latest developments in cosmetic surgery. He is also an FDA approved investigator in the areas of silicone gel breast augmentation and wound healing.
Dr. Lindsey graduated from the University of Virginia School of Medicine where he also completed an Otolaryngology?Head and Neck Surgery Residency. He then completed a Facial Plastic Surgery fellowship in South Carolina before returning to be on staff at UVA for 4 years. He has also been on staff at George Washington University and has practiced Facial Plastic Surgery since 1996. Dr. Lindsey has won several national awards for his research into new surgical techniques and on the investigation of growth factors on bone repair. He continues to lecture at national and international meetings on topics ranging from nasal surgery to hair restoration techniques.
