At Scott Chiropractic & Wellness, we specialize in the treatment of nerve, muscle and skeletal/spinal conditions. We offer a complete alternative health care approach. We are providers for most health insurance companies, as well as providing diagnosis and treatment of workers? compensation and auto injuries.
Dr. Scott graduated from Texas Chiropractic College with high honors June 13, 1978. He received the Cum Laude Award, Faculty Award for Excellence in Professionalism, Faculty Award for Proficiency in Clinical Procedures, Staff Doctor Award for High Level of Excellence in Patient Care and Clinical Procedures and the Omega Psi Honor Award. His excellence has continued over 25 yrs.
Since graduation Dr. Scott has a commitment to continuing education in Chiropractic Orthopedics, Extremity Examination and Treatment, Lumbar Disc Syndrome, Whiplash and Spinal Trauma, Sports Injuries, Nutrition, Motion Palpation, Total Body Modification, Contact Reflex Analysis, Sacro-Occipital Technique, Applied Kinesiology, and Bio-Kinetics, Percussion etc. Dr. Scott is also acupuncture certified.
Dr. Scott is a member of the Utah Chiropractic Physicians Association, and has received several awards of merit for work he has done for the profession. He has served ten plus years as chairman of the State of Utah Professional Standards Committee; is presently serving on the Utah State Board of Examiners; is affiliated with Federal Chiropractic Licensing Board (FCLB) and serves on the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE) as District IV Chairman.
