Dr. David Shiflet lives in <?
In addition to Dr. Shiflet?s private practice he served in a variety of different capacities. He has served on advisory boards for nutritional companies over the past fifteen years and has assisted with product development. He has worked closely with the research and development of cold laser therapy and helps present training on the application and clinical use of cold laser therapy internationally.
Dr. Shiflet was the first chiropractor to be named as an adjunct profession for the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine which allows students to be taught in his clinic. He has also been a teaching doctor for chiropractic students working as externs.
Dr. Shiflet participated in competitive athletics as a youth and developed a love for athletics and has been able to successfully apply his knowledge to the treatment of athletes. He has been privileged to work with several professional athletes and teams helping them meet their optimal potential and perform at elite levels.
Dr. Shiflet graduated from Texas Chiropractic College with a doctor of chiropractic degree in 1986. He has continued to pursue education through post graduate studies for the past 18 years and enjoys learning and applying the latest technologies in his practice. He has lived with his wife and five children in Gilbert, Arizona since the time of his graduation. He is active in his community and church and has devoted much time to the scouting program in his area. He enjoys watching his children participate in high school and college level athletics.
