Dr. Adam Harcourt is the owner of Imagine X Functional Neurology located in York, Pennsylvania with offices previously in Beverly Hills & Santa Barbara, CA. He is a Fellow of the American College of Functional Neurology (FACFN), Fellow of the American Board of Vestibular Rehabilitation (FABVR), Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board (DACNB), and a 4th generation Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Harcourt is also an Associate Professor of Clinical Neurology at Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies, where he travels both domestically and internationally instructing doctors from around the world.
Dr. Harcourt has developed his novel Migraine and Concussion treatment programs based on the latest research, his years of experience seeing patients, and his passion for finding the root causes and correcting them. He has become the go-to doctor for these conditions and his treatment programs bring patients from literally all around the world.
Dr. Harcourt has also created a 150-hour post-doctoral program, also titled ‘Mastering Migraine’, with which he instructs doctors from all different backgrounds from around the world. Dr. Harcourt is also dedicated to giving back and has served on the Board of Directors at Jodi House Brain Injury Support Center in Santa Barbara, CA for many years, and was Board President from 2017-2018.
Dr. Harcourt has presented multiple abstracts on Migraine, Concussion, Dysautonomia and Multiple Sclerosis at research symposiums over the past several years. He was a speaker at the International Symposium of Clinical Neuroscience (ISCN) on Migraine in 2018, and a presenter and chair at the Neurological Disorders Symposium (NDS) on his treatment of Migraine in 2019. He is also a sought-after speaker and has spoken at many different events across the U.S. on Migraine and Concussion treatment and diagnosis, podcasts, television interviews, and more.
Founder and Clinical Director – The Functional Neurology Center
Dr. Jeremy Schmoe is the founder and clinical director of The Functional Neurology Center in Minnetonka, Minnesota. He leads a nationally recognized center focused on neurological
rehabilitation, concussion and vestibular care, and advanced brain-based performance programs. For more than fifteen years, he has built a referral-based practice for patients with
complex neurological conditions from across the United States and internationally.
Dr. Schmoe has treated thousands of individuals with traumatic brain injury, post-concussion syndrome, chronic dizziness, vertigo, balance disorders, dysautonomia, visual-vestibular
dysfunction, movement disorders, and neurodegenerative concerns. His approach integrates functional neurology, advanced diagnostic testing, visual and vestibular rehabilitation, cervical proprioceptive training, autonomic nervous system retraining, and modern neuromodulation therapies.
He has completed extensive post-doctoral training in functional neurology, neuroimmunology, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, visual-vestibular integration, autonomic disorders, and functional medicine. Dr. Schmoe is a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board (DACNB), a Fellow of the American College of Functional Neurology (FACFN), and a Fellow of the American Board of Brain Injury Rehabilitation (FABBIR).
As an educator, Dr. Schmoe has taught nationally and internationally, including programs for the Carrick Institute, multidisciplinary clinical groups, and professional conferences throughout North America and Europe. In 2022, he received the Minnesota Chiropractic Association’s Educator of the Year Award for his contributions to concussion and neurological rehabilitation education.
Dr. Schmoe has worked extensively with elite athletes, including NHL players, Olympic and professional competitors, equestrian athletes, motocross athletes, and collegiate performers.
His programs also support individuals seeking brain performance optimization and long-term neurological health.
He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Dr. Schmoe lives in Minnesota with his wife, Erin, and their two daughters. He remains committed to advancing functional neurology and helping patients achieve meaningful recovery, resilience, and long-term neurological improvement.
