Adjustor · Variable-pulse adjusting instrument
The adjustment, instrumented.
A handheld impulse adjusting instrument for chiropractors who want the ultimate adjustment technology — constant or pulse wave, adjustable torque, four tips, no assembly required.
Introducing the Erchonia Adjustor, a pulse adjusting instrument for chiropractors looking to provide patients with the ultimate adjustment technology. The Adjustor™ is a handheld mechanical adjustment device, shipped complete with no assembly required — a portable, self-contained unit built for ease of use. At 8.06 in high, 11.19 in long and 2.5 in wide it offers inherent flexibility, and the variable pulse feature lets the practitioner select a “constant” or “pulse” wave for the tissue in front of them.
- Constant or pulse wave
- Adjustable torque
- Anti-rotational head
- 4 attachment tips
- 2-year warranty

Control and flexibilityTreat pain generally or target specific segments from X-ray findings, with the patient static or in ranges of motion. Settings run the pulse fast, slow or varied, and the device meters the impulse to the pressure you apply.
2
wave modes — constant or pulse — selected on the instrument
4
attachment tips: large yoke, small yoke, single head and ball head
0
assembly required — ships complete, in its carrying case
2 yr
warranty, built under an ISO 13485 quality management system
How it works
Find it. Place it. Pulse.
The science behind the Adjustor is simple — controlled impulses that change the tone of the tissue and address the segment.
The impulse adjustment instrument targets compressed discs that cause radiating pain, delivering the kind of precise, repeatable input that can’t always be produced by hand. Working with it is both straightforward and intuitive: once the practitioner finds a misaligned area, the Adjustor is placed and gently pushed to produce pulses that change the tone of the tissue and address the segment. The device controls the impulse it delivers according to the amount of pressure applied, so the same intent produces the same input — patient after patient, and across every member of the team.

| Adjustor | What it means in the room | |
|---|---|---|
| Wave | Constant or pulse, variable | Fast, slow or varied pulses — matched to the tissue and the tolerance |
| Torque | Adjustable | Dial the force to the patient, from the pediatric spine to the athlete |
| Head | Anti-rotational, four tips | Yoke tips for the spine, single and ball heads for extremities and reflex work |
| Drive | Improved linear solenoid | Longer run time across a full day of adjusting |
Throughout the years, medical professionals have trusted portable pulse adjusting equipment to complement manual chiropractic treatment across a wide array of conditions.
Why clinics choose it
Why chiropractors add the Adjustor
Precision, repeatability and reach — as a complement to the hands, not a replacement.
01
Where the hands can’t
Segments that are hard to reach or hard to move by hand — and patients who can’t tolerate a manual thrust — get a controlled, low-amplitude impulse instead.
02
Repeatable input
The Adjustor meters its impulse to the pressure you apply, so the adjustment is the same on the first patient of the day and the last.
03
Range-of-motion work
Use it with the patient static or moving through a range — general treatment or a specific segment from the film.
Applications
What practitioners use it for
Erchonia’s pulse adjusting instrument is useful across a range of applications, including:
- Joint misalignment
- Spinal adjusting
- Extremities
- Curve restoration
- Reflex therapy
For use by licensed practitioners. Every Adjustor package is subjected to a thorough quality-assurance inspection before it ships.
