Erchonia’s therapeutic instruments and accessories are built to the same standard as the lasers: shipped complete with no assembly required, covered by warranty, and manufactured under an ISO 13485 quality management system. Each one solves a specific problem in the room — throughput, positioning, charging, soft-tissue work or the adjustment itself.

Laser Stands
Single Flex Stand · hands-free
Designed specifically for the Erchonia handhelds. The fully adjustable flex arm holds the laser in the exact position the physician placed it — over any patient, at any table height.
Best for: running hands-free protocols from a handheld without buying a second device.
Base Station
Charges 3 handhelds wirelessly
A docking station that charges up to three independent handhelds at once — the backbone of a multi-room fleet or an in-home rental program.
Best for: busy or multi-room practices running more than one laser.
Percussor
Galvanic-wave percussion · 1–3,600 Hz
A hand-held percussion therapy device with a patented galvanic-wave action head — comfort for the patient receiving it and control for the doctor providing it. Ships complete, no assembly.
Best for: soft-tissue release, fascia and trigger-point work alongside the adjustment and the laser.
Adjustor
Variable-pulse adjusting instrument
A portable handheld instrument with constant and pulse wave settings, adjustable torque and four attachment tips — precise, repeatable adjustments the hands can’t always deliver.
Best for: chiropractors who want a low-force, instrument-assisted adjustment option.
Trigger Point Series heads (Frost, Cabernet, Mint), flat and spinal rollers for the Percussor are sold separately. Every instrument ships with a carrying case.

Throughput
A handheld on a stand runs a protocol while the practitioner adjusts, treats or consults. Three handhelds on a Base Station let a busy practice run them in parallel. Nobody waits for a device.

The flex arm holds the angle and distance the physician set, session after session. The Adjustor meters its impulse to the pressure applied. Repeatable input, repeatable outcomes.
