PERSONAL PROFILE
Dr Kirk Gair has been in private practice since 1999 and began using Erchonia cold lasers in 2004. During that time, he has worked with athletes of all levels, including Super Bowl Champions, MLB champions, High School wrestling National and State champions, college and high school football, baseball, and track champions and record holders, and with the Dodgers/Angles Fantasy Camp. Due to the results he gets with his laser protocols, he has a wait list, 100% referral practice.
In addition to treating top level athletes, he has also completed additional training in functional medicine and functional neurology under the guidance of internationally acclaimed Dr. Datis Kharrazian, and has patients come from all over the US for help.
He appeared in Dr. Izabella Wentz’s documentary, The Thyroid Secret, which was seen by over a half million people worldwide. In it he discussed the cold laser methods he uses on complicated thyroid and brain cases. Dr. Gair’s methods were also discussed in her best selling book, Hashimoto’s Protocol. He has also written articles for the Hypothyroid Mom website, which has over 1 million followers, and his facebook page, www.Facebook.com/ThyroidInfo, has over 9,000 followers. He has also been featured on podcasts by Thyroid Nation, Rebel Health Tribe, and The Thyroid Pharmacist, Dr Izabella Wentz.

Dr. Kristin Hieshetter is a healer, a chiropractor, a metabolic biochemist, and a low-level laser specialist. She graduated Magna Sum Laude from Central Michigan University, full academic scholarship, ran the medical microbiology labs and biotechnology labs for 2 years, was a Research Scholar in Mammalian Physiology. At Palmer College, she was a Vogt Leadership Scholar, received the Extern Recognition Award from Palmer College Clinics, was a teaching assistant in neuromusculoskeletal diagnosis, physical diagnosis, and radiology and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Palmer College and presented at Palmer College Homecoming. Her core expertise is in maximizing neurological function using chiropractic mediated facilitation, anti-inflammatory protocols, and Erchonia lasers. Dr. Kristin will continue her work in chiropractic, low level laser, functional medicine, and completing the books she is composing. As a physician, business and private practice owner since 1991, community-centered leader and educator, I have dedicated my life to improving the wellbeing of others. With more than 35 years as a family practice physician, I have treated thousands of patients from every disease imaginable, helped families and the elderly cope with difficult and complex illnesses, and held the hands of those at death’s door. If I could find a way to ease their suffering, that was my greatest goal.
Over the course of these years, as I, science and consciousness evolved, I knew there had to be a more effective way to treat and cure patients of disease. In particular the chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and obesity that I saw daily in my years of practice. Then in 2005 I decided to focus on weight management and began a program that I felt would have a direct impact on treating these chronic illnesses. And began a journey of discovery that opened my eyes to the healing benefits that were now possible, allowing my patients to remove the pharmaceuticals they were taking daily to manage their conditions. The positive results continued to present themselves time and time again which now led me to delve even further into the causes of obesity and disease as an aspect of one’s belief systems and the imbalance of the energetic systems in and around the body. So committed to the absolute cure of my patients, I decided to became certified in Shamanic energy medicine to ensure I wasn’t missing a single aspect of the root cause of their disease.
Today, my practice continues to thrive and facilitate the healing of thousands of patients as I have fused the latest evidence based medicine with ancient healing traditions to enable them to take control of their health and essentially cure themselves through my whole being approach to weight loss and age management. As a trained and experienced diagnostician I see my role as a guide helping navigate the myriad of treatment options to one that is aligned with the highest potential for a balanced, happy and healthy life experience for all.

My story begins back when I was a teenager watching Michael Johnson in the 1996 Olympic Games. Like most teenagers, I was excited to watch new world records set by some of the greatest athletes in the world. But what mesmerized me was not the gold medals…
It was the pure potential of the human body.
(Kind of nerdy, I know).
Since that time, I’ve spent the majority of my life searching for ways to optimize how our bodies function – not exactly what they teach in medical school.
This means I had to search for answers across many disciplines. I’ve worked as an athletic trainer, studied advanced clinical nutrition, researched and published on dietary supplements, and mastered the art of cooking.
And all these things have resulted in some pretty incredible experiences along the way, like lecturing alongside my mentor Dr. Andrew Weil and traveling the world as an elite-level athlete.
Of course, this journey was never about optimizing my performance alone. It was about empowering others to do the same for themselves.

I practiced as a mixed animal practitioner in a three veterinarian hospital, taking call for large and small animal emergencies. I provided herd health for several beef and dairy cattle herds, provided reproductive services for a Standardbred horse farm,
worked with small ruminants in an Amish community, and practiced small animal general medicine and surgery.

I enjoy hiking (backpacking), traveling, gardening, and horse-back riding. My husband, Jay, and I have three sons, (Abe, Jonah, and Ari), two dogs (Esca, Puck), and a ferret (Stix). My sister owns a USDA certified hobby farm, where I help at times. I maintain a colony of meat rabbits.
Dr. Scarlett Magdalen is an award-winning holistic veterinarian with over 15 years of clinical experience in emergency and general veterinary medicine. She completed her Bachelors in Biology and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Ontario Veterinary College, University of Guelph in 2009. Subsequently, she completed a rotating internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery from Fifth Avenue Veterinary Specialists in 2010, and most recently has been trained in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine Five Elements Theory and Food Therapy at Chi University. Her experience seeing countless animals with diabetes, obesity, cancer, arthritis, dental disease, various skin and autoimmune conditions broke her heart and inspired her to see what affordable, regenerative solutions exist. Dr. Scarlett also co-founded Veterinarians International, a charity focused on empowering veterinarians globally and subsequently received the 2023 AVMA Global Veterinary Service Award for her work.
With a goal of having pets live pain-free, disease-free lives she created Regenerative Sanctuary in 2024.
